working mummies help

this is my 2nd pregnancy & its SO MUCH HARDER. my first born was a breeze & it makes me feel like a first time mum on my current pregnancy. but anyways, im at week 27 & it has been a drag with the aches, nausea & reflux. my job enables me to actually work from home but it seems so hard to explain to my boss ( male ) that its a drag to commute to the office & back. do hospitals write memos for this?

I’m pregnant with my no 2 now as well. And same as you, my no 1 was a breeze! This 2nd one is so difficult. My job don’t allow me to WFH but my hospital did write a memo stating that I can’t walk for a prolong time & to keep my duties as light as possible. They wrote me a memo in my 2nd trimester. Best to speak to your hospital or gynae and explain the circumstances.

I’m a teacher & there’s no wfh option. So I’ll drag myself to work probably till 36weeks. On days that I am too tired, I just book myself a grab & request for hubby to tapao dinner instead. Hang in there mommy!

Usually not but you can still try asking your gynae
