Same. I'm 20 weeks, already have trouble sleeping for past 2 weeks. currently my go-to method, is to put a couple of pillows, some elevated for me to sleep sitting up around 45 degrees and one for me to slip down to sleep flat. Then when I need to flip I'll just slide up my elevated pillow before flipping. sometimes sliding up is comfortable enough so I don't even need to flip. Not sure if this works for you.
Im only 20 weeks but i already feel all this (‘: (‘: and my bump is not even that big. Some days i would get stomach cramp around my baby bump due to sleeping on my side and somehow the weight of my bump.
Might be baby is pressing down thus u r feeling it. Exercises like walking.. Swimming... Helps... Also stretch more to help e soreness of e back.
I am a certified yoga instructor who is also pregnant. Please refrain from doing frog pose ( if you are talking about yoga) as it will affect your baby.
Oh thank you :)
try drinking 1 full cup of warm water with an empty stomach during the morning . it helps me for my constipation
