oat meal,fruits and more water.. ganyan din ako pero yung nag oat meal na ako kahit may katigasan minsn nakakadume na ako.. yakult at delight din yung malaking delight nauubos ko maghapon..
Sterilized milk and cranberry juice very effective for me. And sundan mo lang ng maraming water. Dati ganyan ako hirap magpoop pero now hindi na every 1-2 days ako nainom.
water with chia seeds. yan lang iniinom ko everyday. tapos atleast maka 3L or more ka na water intake.
inom ka madaming water ,gawin mo kung kaya 3 liters per day and gulay
more water momsh.. na experience ko yan hehe...
more water lang momshh tsaka prutas din 😊
