In a few weeks don't be surprised at the sudden increasing weight too...my first was 1.7kg at 33weeks and came out 3.3kg at 38wks. π What a Labour it was. Pushing this chubby boy out so much different from pushing my premie girl out at 35wks 2.3kg. Eat more meat k.
My bb is also on the smaller side, 2.5KG @ 38 weeks. I took eggs with no yolk, chicken breast & Milo/milk for breakfast/brunch, dinner according to cravings for a week. Bb gained 200G.
Try avocado and durian feast! Have a smooth delivery mama and don't stress out.π
I took beef and salmon daily and it helped baby to gain weight in 3 weeks
Avocado milkshake π₯ can add plant based protein as supplements too
more proteins..i chugged milk and ate almonds..it worked for me
No itβs not! Mine is ard 1.7kg 32weeks. Gynae say is normal.
my baby is also 1.6kg at w32 and gynae said weight is okπ
