Best maternal milk for baby weight gain

Hi all, my baby is really small, weighing about 1.6kg at week 33. I have high blood pressure due to poor uterine blood flow, hence baby’s weight gain is poor. But gynae says it’s not full blown pre-eclampsia yet (cos no protein detected in my urine for now so still not considered pre-clampsia, though it seems like it’s on the way there) Like to ask what is the best maternal milk to help with baby’s weight gain? I have already tried drinking avocado milkshakes, eating eggs, drinking more milk n eating granola oats for the past week plus but baby’s weight gain is still slow. Will be starting to eat durian soon too. Anything else I can do?

Hi mummy. I used to drink Anmum choc flavour just because I can't take other flavours well and because I am lactose intolerant. Packaging said to drink twice/day but I only drank once a day before bedtime. My baby came at 3.08kg at 37 weeks. Then I drank the same brand and flavour too. My premature baby came out 2.79kg at 35+6, on Feb this year.
