Hindi naman po masama kung hindi kayo nagkakanin,importanti hindi po kayo nagpagutom.eat vegetables and fruits.

Vegetables and Fruits po. Pero pag sa early stage pa naman mag rice din po kahit kunti.

Ako din po momsh hirap akong kumain. Kaya everyday po kumakain ako ng apple. More water din
