is 13 weeks a good time to announce? is 13 weeks 2nd trimester alr? just got my down syndrome cleared ytd and doc said low risk

I announced my pregnancy on 10 weeks. Since its my second baby, i cant really hide my tummy. 😅 so i just let my family members and my closest friend know. My tummy are way bigger than before.
