11weeks, before this I consume only asid folic, then after checkup kat KK, doc give me this is zincofer, for tambah darah. but after i consume, early morning i keep on mual and muntah. Sgt tak selesa nyaa ?? and selera makan pun takde. Risau it gonna effect the baby ?
Me too. sy check up di KK then my hb is low. so nurse bagi unat zincofer tu,mmg keluar hbs lepas makan. jadi,sekarang sy try makan 2 jam selepas makan malam. my nxt appointment pada 18 Feb ni,so i'm gonna tell my nurse that i want to change the pills.
