My LO hitting her own mouth

She is 11mo and I was thinking if she do this behaviour because she’s teething? Does anyone has the same observation?

My 11mo pulls out her hair (literally rips out hair and then play with her hair) scratch herself on tummy and leg till open wound(doesn’t cry like not pain at all) 🙃 I guess it’s just something they find interesting. Try not to react like scream or big reaction because baby tend to do things to see our reaction! The more we react the more they go “ahhhhh this is how I get your attention I shall keep doing it”
