Frequent Headaches

11 weeks preggy. Almost everyday I suffer from headache. I am pretty sure I have complete sleep and rest plus I eat almost every minute. I have no idea if its because of my work that requires me to sit with a computer 8hrs a day or Is it just normal??? Any advice or tips to avoid headaches? Thanks in advance!
