You are not suppose to have menses when youbare pregnant. It could be spotting, you have to see a doctor please. Take care.

Am experiencing pain and noisy movement at the right side of my belly. Head aches and late menstruation for three days Are they signs of pregnancy?

Haven't heard of noisy movement from belly, there might be chances since you are 3 days late esp if your menses is very punctual. I also suspect i was pregnant when i miss my mense for 3 days. I hope you will have good news. Buy a kit to test next week. You'll tend to be tired more.
