Baby puking phlegm

My 3 months old baby is puking phlegm daily, sometimes up to 3 times a day. Any mummies experienced this before? What should I do?

Day Night Confusion

I think my baby may have day night confusion. He falls asleep during his day feeding time, and sleeps immediately after drinking. Even after waking up, he'll be happy for 10 mins before whining and asking to go back to sleep. But at around 2am, he will start being active and doing leg raises and stamping feet. Its hard to make him go back to sleep. Is this day night confusion? What can I do?

It takes a while for babies to get used to day and night. What they need now is a routine. Try to talk to him, keep him awake during the day with activities and keep naps to a minimum and when it’s bed time, do a night time routine like read story books, wear pyjamas and drink milk to sleep.

Get a perineal antiseptic spray and a perineal water bottle for your toilet use. It will work better.

How am I suppose to feel at week 7 of pregnancy?

Hihi fellow mummies! Just wondering how am I suppose to feel at week 7 of pregnancy? I haven't been feeling nauseous since end week 5. Boobs never sore since day 1. Occasionally cravings and extra hungry. Peeing like crazy and extra constipated. But other than that, I don't really feel preggy and not sure if this is normal?

No two pregnancies are the same. You might experience the symptoms later, or maybe not at all, it all depends. Most importantly is that baby is growing and heart is still beating. Enjoy while you feel good!
