Any recommendations for multi vitamin or calcium or fish oil brands that is good for breastfeeding mummy?

I took blackmores pregnancy and breast-feeding Gold during breastfeeding. It has fish oil.

Rotavirus Vaccine side effect

Hi mummies. My little bud just had her 5 in 1 and rota vaccine 4 days ago. Everything went smoothly with no fever or any side effect. Suddenly today, she has been having No.2 for 3 to 4 times since morning. She is drinking breastmilk exclusively and naturally her poo is mustard colored and slight sweet smell. However today, her last poop was mucus green and has a pungent smell. I also notice a small streaks of blood in her stool. Is this normal? The nurses told me to anticipate slight diarrhea and fever. She didn't mentioned anything about blood the in the stool. Has anyone had such cases before? By the way, my baby is 4 months old.

Expressing Milk

Hi mummies, how much milk do you express per pumpimg session? My baby is 3months old and I've been able to express averagely around 80 to 100ml. Is this considered too little?

Feeling HOT unfortunately not sexy hot ?

Hi mummies. Does anyone here suffers from postpartum sweating? I have been sweating day and night ever since I gave birth to my 2.5 month old baby. I could be sitting down doing nothing or even sleeping in an air conditioned room, I will start to have hot flashes. Sometimes to cool myself down, I had to take 4 or 5 showers in a day. I thought it might be the warm weather but it seems that its only me who's feeling warm in my family! Wondering when is my flashes ever gonna stop. Every day is like an OMG ? moment for me.

Greenish baby stools

Hey mummies, does your LO passed out greenish stools when you consumed Fenugreek supplement? I realised that when I stopped taking the pills, my LO stools are yellowish mustard which is the right color for breastfed babies. I read that greenish stools are due to higher volume of fore milk than hind milk. So does it mean that by taking Fenugreek pills, I'm only increasing my fore milk supply because by the time the hind milk starts coming in, my baby would be full from the feeding. I will be going back to work in a month time and I need to start storing my milk, hence I have been taking Fenugreek to increase supply. However am concerned with the after effect of my baby's poo. On the upside, baby is gaining weight and healthy.

I've read a lot of reviews about Fenugreek causing baby to have more gas. You might want to try supplements from Legendairy Milk Singapore. They're all fenugreek free and helped to boost my supply by quite a lot.

Respiratory Distress Syndrome (RDS)

Due to my major previa and multiple episodes of bleeding, I had to undergo an emergency CSect at 35weeks gestation. My surgery went well but my daughter came out with difficulties in breathing. In fact after she was delivered, I heard that on the intercom that she was coded as Code Blue!!! True enough my worst nightmare came true. Shes in NICU now and breathing thru a ventilator. I'm so lost n needed to know if anyone has gone thru with your LO having RDS. I really am begging for answers.

Dr Sim from KKH

Hi there, I would to know if anyone have any experience with Dr Sim Wei Shan from KKH. She is currently my gynea because I was referred to her by a genetic doctor in KKH. For my past two pregnancies, I have been to private hospital but due to complication for my last pregnancy, most private doctors advised me to go to KKH. So far my experience with Dr Sim has been good but I would like to hear from you mummies too. My EDD is March 2020 so I just want to make sure that we are under good hands.
