Rotavirus Vaccine side effect

Hi mummies. My little bud just had her 5 in 1 and rota vaccine 4 days ago. Everything went smoothly with no fever or any side effect. Suddenly today, she has been having No.2 for 3 to 4 times since morning. She is drinking breastmilk exclusively and naturally her poo is mustard colored and slight sweet smell. However today, her last poop was mucus green and has a pungent smell. I also notice a small streaks of blood in her stool. Is this normal? The nurses told me to anticipate slight diarrhea and fever. She didn't mentioned anything about blood the in the stool. Has anyone had such cases before? By the way, my baby is 4 months old.
