My LO is 5weeks old. now every night slept at around 12plus 1am. Tried to make his sleep earlier but he still open eyes big. If not when he asleep put to cot tyhen wake up le.. Help needed? How to adjust his timing to sleep earlier?

Lengendairy Supplements

Any mummies tried lengendairy supplements? Does it help in increasing milk supply? Any side effect? I am eating fenugreek now and now having diarrhoea problem.

Breast Compression

Do mummies need to compress when pumping to get more milk? Or its my pump not powerful enough to extract the milk? Everytime I need to do compression to get my breasts emptied.

Maybe you are setting the wrong settings? Try different variations. And also check your pump parts for any tears

Everytime I pump out the amount of milk is 40ml but when u I breast feed then pump the amount decrease to 20ml. Does it mean after breastfeed for 30mins, LO only drink 20ml??

When I pump I notice that the milk pump is a bit pinkish.. Think its blood from my nipple. May I know if the milk still can be drink by LO and how to prevent blood when pumping?

I am now 39 weeks pregnant and the doc say if week 40 baby still not out he might induce. I am having a 3.6kg baby based on scan now. Scared that I cant have natural birth. What is the risk of induce and with 3.6kg baby can it be natural?

Does anyone feel pain during cervix check by gynae? It's quite painful for me but the gynae insisted it's not painful one.. :(

It is uncomfortable but I won't say it is painful. Maybe your pain tolerance level is low?
