Spotting continues

Anyone here got same situation as mine? I'm on progesterone for 6 months to regulate my period as my OB prescribed. Starting April, I started to stop taking progesterone. Got no period on April then got period starting May 22. Got heavy period for 3 days then got brown spotting for 4 more days. When I thought it already stopped, I got red blood spotting again for another 2 more days then still continues today.. It's my 3rd day spotting red blood. Help anyone?

Is it still okay if you only have started taking folic acid at your 5th week of pregnancy?

Okay lang po. Basta po magtake ng folic acid, especially po if hindi kayo palakain ng foods na may folic acid. Folic acid is important po sa growth ni baby inside the womb, lalo na sa spine. During my pregnancy days, hindi ako nakapagtake ng folic acid kasi late ko na nalaman na pregnant ako, sabi kasi ng OB ko, hanggang 3months lang daw tintake ang folic acid. Pero palakain naman po ako ng foods na may folic kaya okay naman si baby ko paglabas.

Hi moms, its been a week na delay period ko and the whole week feeling ngalay balakang ko and mabigat puson. Hindi ako makatagal na nakatayo. I got cramps din. Is this a sign of pregnancy?
