Hi moms, its been a week na delay period ko and the whole week feeling ngalay balakang ko and mabigat puson. Hindi ako makatagal na nakatayo. I got cramps din. Is this a sign of pregnancy?

Cramps and missed period is one of the eraly signs po Ng pregnancy.. but to make sure mag PT ka na po :)
