Hi any want order from chilli padi confinement meal before? How is the food ? And should i orden 21 day or 28 day ?

I never ordered from chili padi, but from Nouriche. I personally feel you should order 28days

I did not but my friend did. She is like a super mum. She did confinement and took care of the newborn all by herself. Her husband only talk and no action. It will be really tough and challenging but is possible.

I started to have itchy skin at night Feel very itchy whole body and have rash. In the morning it becomes normal But at night it started again! Did any mum same as me ? Anything to apply for it ?

avoid seafood, try to change bedsheet, apply rashes cream or cooling powder before u slp
