Changing Child Care twice within a year

So my child has been in School A for infant care since she was 4 mths old. Everything was ok, and now she has been upgraded to PG class and still crying all the time for the past 10 days. She doesnt want to go to PG class i guess due to new envinronment, new teachers n classmates. We are moving house, hence coming December we register her to the new school. Now im worried that finally she settle down in current school then in a few mths time she need to readjust to new school again. Will she be ok? Im so heart broken everytime see her crying out loud :( so stressful
