Hi momahies, how do you treat bronchitis? Aside from the antibacterial and other medicine given by the doctor?

Binibilad ko kids ko momsh every morning, from 6am to 7:30am, every day din. Then may nireseta din samin si pedia na cherifer immunomax, pangpalakas ng resistensya ng bata and para talaga sa kids na may sakit sa baga. Pinastop din to mga 3months pagkagaling ni lo.

Gaano po ka importante ang pag inom ng milk while pregnant? Wht would be the result kung 'di makaka inom ng milk?

Hi Mommy! Marami akong nababasa about sa pros and cons ng pag-inom ng milk. Karamihan doon ay sinasabing hindi naman talaga kailangan kasi "mataas ang sugar content kadalasan ng mga maternal milk".. Yan ang sabi. Yung iba naman, like yung OB ko noong nagbuntis ako 4yrs ago nirecommend ako uminom. Ang I followed. wala namang masamang effect sakin. Healthy kami pareho ng baby ko. But the key was and I think bottom down ng pros and cons is as long as in moderation ang pag-inom (follow the milk pack instructions) and 1x a day lang walang masama. Pero sakin lang din, if mataas na ang sugar mo habang nagbubuntis, dapat iwasan na ito.
