TCM to recommend for TTC

Any good TCM to recommend? TTC for 4 months now.

Hi there. No TCM to recommend. Just here to share my experience. Husband & I tried very hard after 2 miscarriages. Only later, I realised I didn't get my ovulation date right. Try to monitor your cervical mucus. Women usually ovulate when your cervical mucus are white & wet. For a 28days cycle, I should ovulate on day 14-15, however my last ovulation happen on day 12-13 when I noticed I was 'wet and slippery'. I tested using a clearblue OPK I saw a smiley face (Right time!) I am bleesed with a 10months old baby girl. Don't trust app dates, its not accurate as it doesn't understand our body. Most importantly, relax and stay happy!

Nausea and vomiting

Hi, I am at week 5 and have been feeling nauseous and have been vomiting throughout today. Is this normal and do you have suggestions on how to alleviate sickness ? Thanks!

Don't let your tummy empty. The more empty, the more nauseous you will feel. Totally normal to have morning sickness at the early stage of pregnancy till end of 1st trimester (if you're lucky). Eat bland foods like porridge or snacks on plain biscuits. If you can't drink plain water cos taste funny to you, drink 100 plus or isotonic/sports drink to keep you hydrated. Home remedies like drink ginger tea, etc. may not work for everyone so I suggest you ask your gynae for some anti nausea pills or buy the anti nausea band at Guardian

Afterpains in stomach

My wife had miscarriage last year. Since 8-9 months ago until now, her stomach looks like bloating. When she pushes her fingers on stomach, she feels pain. Last time, moderate pain but now, lesser pain. Anyone have similar experience? We went to see doctor in hospital. He said it may be intestine inflammation or intestine adhesion. So he suggests her to go for CT scan. We not sure whether we should go for CT scan.

I have gone through two miscarriages . But i didn't get such symptoms. Follow doctor's instructions

Late period or could be it?

I am on cycle day 47 and having Clear thick jelly like discharge for 3 days. Tested this morning but show negative. Was it an early sign or just my late period?

The best thing to do is to consult your OBgyne. 47days cycle is not normal. It maybe a hormonal imbalance or an underlying condition. Better get it check.
