Pineapple when TTC

Hi there is pineapple okay to be consumed when trying to conceive? I’m just drinking pineapple tea but wondering

Best to avoid even eating the fruit itself. Pineapple is known to be a 'sharp' fruit. So do avoid the fruit when TTC or when pregnant. But this fruit is good to eliminate clots especially during menses.

Trying to conceive

Did embryo transfer 11 days ago. Gonna have a blood test to confirm pregnancy in 2 days time as instructed by doctor. But keen to know if possible to do an urine pregnancy test on my own and if it's accurate? #hopingforanswer #Pray

Usually my period is quite regular, usual cycle is 29 days. I’ve missed my period for 2.5 weeks now (cycle 51days now), i had brown discharge and light spotting during the time of my supposedly period. Been feeling fatigue and nausea. I’ve tested PT a few times but it is negative. Feeling sad and disappointed from the results. Hoping i could have a little bun soon, but could I still be pregnant? Anyone has tested negative even missing period for few weeks but was indeed pregnant?

I missed mine for 14 days before a BFP but I don't have any brownish discharge at all. See a dr and ask to do a blood test. Easier to know if you're pregnant or not. Your hcg level might not be high yet that's why it's a negative when you use a kit

TCM to recommend for TTC

Any good TCM to recommend? TTC for 4 months now.

Hi there. No TCM to recommend. Just here to share my experience. Husband & I tried very hard after 2 miscarriages. Only later, I realised I didn't get my ovulation date right. Try to monitor your cervical mucus. Women usually ovulate when your cervical mucus are white & wet. For a 28days cycle, I should ovulate on day 14-15, however my last ovulation happen on day 12-13 when I noticed I was 'wet and slippery'. I tested using a clearblue OPK I saw a smiley face (Right time!) I am bleesed with a 10months old baby girl. Don't trust app dates, its not accurate as it doesn't understand our body. Most importantly, relax and stay happy!

Nausea and vomiting

Hi, I am at week 5 and have been feeling nauseous and have been vomiting throughout today. Is this normal and do you have suggestions on how to alleviate sickness ? Thanks!

Don't let your tummy empty. The more empty, the more nauseous you will feel. Totally normal to have morning sickness at the early stage of pregnancy till end of 1st trimester (if you're lucky). Eat bland foods like porridge or snacks on plain biscuits. If you can't drink plain water cos taste funny to you, drink 100 plus or isotonic/sports drink to keep you hydrated. Home remedies like drink ginger tea, etc. may not work for everyone so I suggest you ask your gynae for some anti nausea pills or buy the anti nausea band at Guardian
