Toddler throwing things on purpose
How do you deal with your toddler throwing things on purpose? My 2 year old knows he isn't allowed to throw my iPhone or iPad but deliberately throws them almost on a daily basis and happily tells me he threw them. I tried talking to him nicely and beating his hand but he still persists...Im just exasperated.. I don't even bother giving him much of a reaction now...
Do you think giving small cute nail clippers as part of goodie bag present in childcare is ok?
Toddler’s Poop
Good evening moms and dads! :) i have a question my daughter who is 3years old and 1month is constipated and she only poop every 3 days. Here are the things we’ve tried: 1) My daughter is drinking prune juice 2) Duphalac (laxative) - as given by the Pediatrician 3) Gave her fruits and food that are high on fibre 3) Tried switching milk (from Similac to NAN to Hipp and now back to Similac) My daughter is drinking water but honestly not so much, her Pediatrician doesn’t now what to do. Please advise thank you :) My daughter has been like this around 2 years old and
Active toddler
I have a 16 mth active toddler. He loves walking around, and only allows us to hold his hands in carpark, or dangerous place. Otherwise, he will shake off our hand. In classes, he's the only one who can't sit still to listen, and went around to explore things he's interested. Are these normal at this phase?
Hi, I just wanted to share our experience at Baby clinic in our area. We went to the clinic because my daughter that her tummy is aching. Unfortunately, we were the last patient since went their late. At the clinic, my daughter seems fine thank goodness because she’s playing with other kids. Accidentally, she fell from one of the seats (76cm high) so I got her she has a bumped on her head. So, I asked from the reception/assistant if they have ice pack unfortunately they do not have it and nobody assisted us. After a few minutes, she asked us if we want to see the doctor now but of course we want to. The doctor came out, he just looked at the bumped and then told us “i will see you later”. We waited for a few minutes, no assistance, no sense of urgency, well I think for them it’s not an emergency but as a parent it’s different. So we decided to leave, went home and put first aid on our daughter. My take on this, I think they should have firs aid kit since they are a clinic. They can at least apply something on my forehead of my daughter and since they have a playing area for kids, the flooring on that area should be rubber. I know it is an accident but it can be avoided.
My 19 months old boy doesn’t know how to suck from a straw. Is that normal? Any parents face the same issue too? How can I train him to suck?

Is Toddler's 500ml Food Canister allowed as Carry-On Baggage on flight?
Hi Mommies and Daddies, I am bringing my 2 years old Toddler on a Jetstar flight to Malaysia. Do any of you know whether is a 500ml Food Canister of porridge allowed in the Carry-On Baggage? And how about 350ml of water in the usual water bottle that we use in Child Care Centre?
Tall parents small child?
My child has always been on the shorter side. She's good weight, but just short. She's 16months now but has the height of a 10month old. Because I'm tall, think 175cm, my Husband is the same height as I am, people around me worry that she's not growing tall because she's not healthy. She eats really well, plays well, and just recently I seem to be really affected more than usual that she's not growing....
