Sinus and ENT recommendation

Hey parents, my toddler who is 4 has been having a sinus problem for quite a while now. Just want to check if there are any ENT recommendations that maybe familiar with sinus. Thank you in advance !

Trouble with sleeping

My 6yo girl recently has trouble falling asleep despite not taking afternoon nap anymore. It’s not occasionally, but everyday she takes an hour to really fall asleep. Despite sleeping at 10pm+, she wakes up about 7am/8am+ feeling energetic. Anyone has similar experiences? Side note: There’s no screen time 30mins before sleeping.

Hey Mama, 6 year olds need about 9-10 hours so it seems that she is getting sufficient sleep that why she wakes up energetic! Try talking to her about why she has trouble sleeping, perhaps there are stresses that she hasn’t voiced out. How is her day time activities? Does it tire her enough to sleep?

Racial Harmony Day

Hey mums and dads! On racial harmony day, our little ones are encouraged to dress in ethnic clothing for a little celebration in school. Do you find it a challenge? Do you end up dressing them in your own ethnic costumes? I found it helpful to exchange ethnic costumes with friends of different races. That way the kids get to experience dressing in a different ethnic costume and we don’t unnecessarily purchase clothes that the kids may only wear a handful of times.
