Hi mommies, Just wondering if it’s not safe to take the fish soup selling at Hawker centres and Food courts since most of them are using king mackerel or Batang fish that are high mercury fish

Somehow i wake up feeling emotional today. After 5 years of trying to conceive i am finally pregnant and today is my last day being one as I will be induce labor tmrw . #firs1stimemom and idk if i will ever have this experience again. I hope i did everything right i shall enjoy my last day eating abd feasting and since now durian season i shall eat to my content. 🤣

Hello I just found out im pregnant few weeks ago. I'm just wondering if I should straight away go to kkh for ultrasound check up or go to the nearest polyclinic and let them refer me to kkh? Because i would like to save cost using medisave etc. Any moms out there goes to the polyclinic for regular check ups and then give birth in kkh with any random doctor? Or do you stick through with one doctor until baby is born?

Hi mummies, 14W, FTM here. I’ve been quite fortunate not to have much nausea throughout the pregnancy except a bad bout of food poisoning once, at 12W. However, I noticed that each time I sneeze or cough, I feel immediately nauseous and have to fight the urge to vomit. Anyone has the same experience? How do you deal with it?
