Hi hi! I’m a FTM at week 4 but fear is gripping my heart cuz the nxt scan will only be week 6. Did u felt the fear? Any recommendations on skincare during this pregnancy journey? Are we allowed to put make up?

Hi all. Am around week 14 now, is it still normal to have food aversion and nauseous feeling when hungry. I can't sleep properly through the night too and always wake up hungry. It is so tiring and frustrating I don't feel happy or excited on most days at all. 😭 thirsty yet unable to stomach much plain water without throwing up as well. Diclectin doesn't work for me. So sick of having to eat at intervals and feeling so bloated after eating.What a vicious cycle 😔

Abstaining cravings during pregnany

Is it okay to abstain from cravings during pregnancy? I've been trying really hard to abstain from my cravings but I can't seem to stop thinking about my cravings every day. I salivate a lot and it feels really bad to consume food that I know is beneficial for me, but at the same time not what I really want at the moment. I've been avoiding spicy and sweet foods for a few months now and I feel like I'm reaching my limit.. Do you give in to your own cravings, or were you able to avoid eating foods that are not good for you such as sweets and fast food?

I believe eating in moderation is key. Rather than abstaining and constantly craving it, I think it's better to have them a little every once a while
