Why is mastitis so common?

It happens in about 10% of breastfeeding women. It’s also common amongst cows and goats! I don’t know why it’s so common but it’s not rare and it really sucks!!!

I have been breastfeeding my 3 month old via only direct latching since day 1. It's not wrong for me to keep doing so and not using bottle to feed him, right? Since I'm a SAHM.

Hi. Any of you mummies have any tips to increase the milk in my boobs? Currently I'm drinking Anmum (lacta) and Horlicks every single day.

Try oats, oily fish (like salmon) and durian. All are proven milk boosters!

Breastfeeding supply drop

My girl is 15mths old now.. my menses jus started today and supply dropped a lot T.T ... is it normal? Is it time to stop breast feeding already?

Actually you don't have to stop if you prefer to continue feeding. Its normal as our body is still adjusting after birth..

After time and time of getting blocked ducts, thoughs milk supply still manage to get a range of 100ml to 150ml per pumped. TODAY, i decided to pop the medicine to stop BM. Feeling kind of Sad and my tears just cant stop rolling down my face. "So guilty deep in my heart.." Thinking back, i have been struggling the past 18 months to provide BM for my twins, always wanted to give them the BEST!! Goodbye my BM Journey! ???

I’m currently breastfeeding. Is it safe to take African Sea Coconut syrup for my cough?

There are a lot of local cough syrups that should be safe but better to check with your medical consultant/doctor before your take any medication.

Is anyone nursing for hours and baby still is hungry after the long feed? My twins are 4 weeks old and my supply of milk when pump is very low. I can latch them but they suckle for hours and still hungry...

Hi mums , i have this little problem , my lo is 13mths now and im still breastfeeding him , only thing is that one side has shrunk and flattened.. no engorge at all.. what should i do?
