Ultrasound baby facing down

This is my second ultrasound appointment and my baby is still facing down. Walk around already drink water already but still same. Anyone experience before?#1stimemom #pregnancy #advicepls

I am 21 weeks and a ftm. Based on my detailed scan, I am having a fairly big baby. I feel so self conscious about my pregnant belly because at 3months I was already starting to show. Now at 5 months, my belly is huge! People have been commenting about how I look like I'm about to give birth or asking if I'm sure I'm not having twins. These comments make me feel so self conscious. Especially when they compare my belly to other pregnant mothers around me who are further along in their pregnancy.

Just try to think that as long as your baby and you is healthy. Everything is good! Don't need to worry or think so much about what others say about your belly.

How do I get rid of the phlegm? I'm having cough and cold and I keep peeing every single time.

The phlegm in my throat is really uncomfy. What do I do?

Try to put 1 green lime, half a teaspoon honey if can use manuka honey & salted plum. Mix with hot water about 300ml & drink.

Having stiff shoulder and neck. Looking for a prenatal massage to go for a massage. I'm at week 20 day 2. Any recommendation?

I’m doing my pre-natal massage with Madam Partum. Very nice environment, many outlets to choose from, staff are not pushy and friendly too.

Hi mummies, I have been peeing on myself whenever I cough, sneeze or have any sudden movement.

I know this is associated with weak pelvis floor. I am 21weeks now and is there any training I can go for to strengthen pelvic floor muscle? #1stimemom #advicepls #pleasehelp

I’m facing the exact same problem as you. Am at 20 weeks and I’m having a post-covid cough which makes it worse.. ☹️
