Yes I have tried but I personally prefer nature one and friso gold mom maternity milk 😁 it really depends on your personal preference for the taste. You can see if you can request for some samples in their website or event booth in baby fairs or supermarkets. I am currently taking throughout my pregnancy journey!

Nurse called me saying i have high risk for 22q11 deletion. Is the test accurate? I will still keep the baby, but is there any chance it’s false result ?

NIPT accuracy is 99%, highly unlikely that the result would be false

I had the glucose test 2 days ago. When I checked my result in the app, the 1 hr after blood draw is higher by 0.8. I was told that when you fail any of the three, it means it’s failed. I am waiting for the clinic to call me but they haven’t. I don’t know if I need to check my blood sugar or not. Should I call the clinic instead?

Tips for air travel

Hi mummies, I’ll be travelling to Viet around 21 & 22 weeks of gestation via Scoot airlines. Flight is about 4hrs. Anyone has tips to share for a smoother pre-boarding and flight experience? Thank you in advance. :)

Choose a seat along the aisle. Don’t choose middle or window seat. It would be easier for you to go toilet frequently and not troubling others to move out 😅 Wear something comfortable for you to sit and relax for hours.

Any mama have gone through c section? I’m currently 6 months pregnant but I can’t help but think of the fact of me dying in the room when having c section I’m so nervous and terrified to have a c section I don’t want to go natural birth either any mama can share with me they’re birth story? #Csection

Don’t feel that way okie.. be strong.. i am a c-section mama.. for my no.#2 & no.#3.. currently pregnant with #no.4 and gg thru another round of 3rd Csection

I just broken up with my boyfriend 4 days ago he was super toxic and just didn’t cared about me and the baby I left him for good and I just feel so guilty for giving my baby a broken family and I constantly cry over him but he over there wigh his new gf and everything I’m currently a teen mom Aso I just feel very lonely sometimes tat I have no one here with me but obviously he was only using me for shelter and sex #firsttimemom #pregnancy
