Read moreHi all, i am currently week 19 and already feel like my intestines are all messed up. My tummy feels very tight all the time, with the skin on my lower back stretching tightly too. Stomach area also feel very full and uncomfortable, making it hard to breathe (upper back has quite a lot of pressure) As it’s my first pregnancy idk whether this is normal and will it just get worse cos i am only in my second tri :( Please share your experience and advice, if any!
