How much weight do we put on during the entire pregnancy? And at what stage we put on drastically? I'm week 20 now and so far only put on about 3-3.5 kgs. Is it normal? I am not missing any meals but I don't have big appetite (like how some people say we must eat for two). Please help #firstpreganancy

Anyone has difficulty drinking plain water during first trimester? I have been having on and off nausea, and I’m worried because my intake of water is not a lot. I substitute it by drinking soup, eating fruits etc. Does anyone have such issue? What are some of the remedy? #firstpreganancy

Causes my hands to be sore in the middle of the night.. I’ll have pins n needles even when I’m eating or doing other stuffs.. have to keep moving and massaging it..is it normal?
