Hi moms did anyone vomit during induced labor or during labor?I have a phobia of vomiting #firsttimemom #adviceappreciated

I delivered 12 days ago, I felt nauseous a few minutes after I delivered and then puked. Dunno which meds caused it, the nurse just told us it's just a side effx of the meds.

how to reject my mil 😵‍💫

my mil previously helped me with confinement stuff but we always ended up arguing she helped me with confinement food and bathing baby for my first. i'm currently with my second and i do not need her help with my confinement as i'm buying confinement meals, etc and my husband and I already discussed that he'll help me bath our newborn during my confinement period and i'll take care of the second but my mil always love to control everything she even controlled our rom and ring selection.... and guessed what she butt in and told my husband she'll be staying with us during confinement period and asked my husband to give her $1.5k even when we didn't asked for her help she also know that i'll be ordering confinement food. honestly i think it's really unnecessary for her to "help" as she didn't really help much with my first but gave me postpartum depression ☹️ my first she only did my confinement food and bathing baby other than that i did the rest putting baby to sleep, changing diapers, etc. so her "help" with my second one is much NOT NEEDED AT ALL. the problem is i want to reject her but i don't know how to say it as she gets offended VERY EASILY. and we sort of got bad blood because of the past.

Oh my. This sounds very stressful 😰 maybe you can try to talk to your husband about how you think and feel? It might be easier for him to talk to your mother in law since she is your husband’s mother. However, please make sure he uses the correct words so it will not make your mother in law thinks you are the bad person or trying to control everything and in the end worsen the relationship even more.

Im at 36 weeks and is it safe to undergo warts removal?

Im at 36 weeks and unfortunately warts becomes worst, there's a big one on my nipple and small ones all over my chest and tummy. Im afraid my baby will get it once she starts breast feeding. Is it safe to have it removed while at 36 weeks? 😭😢😥

I would suggest you to get professional advice from your gynae instead.

Hi mummy’s anyone know how to get rid or make it less visible for stretchmarks? I try stretch marks creams but isn’t working for me #firstmom #stretchemarks

Unfortunately there is no way to get rid of stretch mark. But with time and moisturing, it will lighten and be less prominent.

Accidentally ate expired cheese

I accidentally ate cheese that expired 6 months ago. Will anything happen? What can I do?

it's fine for a one off thing. I ate expired yoghurt by accident once. if the cheese tasted ok and wasn't clearly mouldy then it probably wasn't bad

is my baby head down? Does this look like it’s down?

Hi guys I’m currently 35 weeks rn. And constantly worrying about my darling head. Previous check up my gyne said he’s still in breech and if by next check up he’s still in breech she’ll have to schedule a c sec. Anyways my next appointment is this cmg Monday but I can’t help but to stress over my darling head. Does this look down? #firstmom

It’s hard to tell if it’s down from picture, to be honest. Best to see it via ultrasound for 100% accurate answer. All the best to you! Hopefully your baby head is down by then. Even if it’s not, not to worry! C sect is fine as well. Most importantly, mommy and baby are safe and sound.

Epidural natural

Hi moms how long do epidural usually last during natural birth? #firstmom #firsttimemom #epidural

I had mine for like 13hrs, didn't felt the intense contractions that I felt when I was 3cm when we rushed to the hospital until I was 10cm and then the RN lowered the dose by the time I needed to deliver already.

Is this mucus plug or just really thick discharge?

Hi. Im 36 weeks pregnant and was trying out the epi no pump. When I removed the pump i saw this thick discharge thing. Is it mucus plug? Or just thick discharge?

Currently at 39 weeks and 2 days now. Had a membrane sweep yesterday at the clinic and was 1cm dilated and I think I lost my mucus plug today at around 10AM. Kept having irregular contractions every 10 minutes for an hour then stops in another hour then continues to have it again in another hour. It's painful like our monthly dysmenorrhea and is having backaches. Should I wait for a bloody show or my water breaking before heading to the hospital? And wait for contractions every 5 mins? What to do while waiting? Since I'm planning to have an epidural, the anesthesiologist won't reject giving me a shot if I'm having my contractions every 5 mins, right? #FirstTimeMommy #advice

When ur water break its to late best it’s to go to the hospital incase anything
