My newborn grunts in his sleep a lot. Is it normal?

My 2m old grunts and sucks his fingers loudly in his sleep. I thought he was hungry but he doesn't eat when woken up. It's really loud and so unlike my first child. He's burped and changed so shouldn't be gassy. It only happens at night and after ~2hrs of quiet sleeping. Then he makes noise until waking for his next feed. I'm not sleeping well because of it and we tend to wake him to eat to stop him after 3 or 4 hrs. My older daughter was sleeping 5+ hrs at this age. If it normal and when will it get better?

Sucking finger could be just comfort for themselves

Lactation massager worth it?

I have been mixed feeding but since getting ill my milk production has reduced a lot. Is a lactation massager such as cubble worth it? If so, which one is the most effective?

We used nan for mixed feeding and continued until my daughter was 2. She loved it and it helped her grow strong

The projection feature only projects if the camera is facing the wall. The sound quality is really muffled with a lot of static so I can't use the music feature. The camera won't stand on its own. I bought a cheaper xiaomi that worked much better.

Great for many uses

Sudocrem is my go to for not only diaper rash, but my own blemishes and many skin issues. It's think and leaves a white residue but does the job!

Okay but feel there are better ones

I found this okay but feel like other brands can be better. It broke after a few months and I had to pay to get it transported to be fixed when it was within warranty. The suction is good but it didn't take as much milk as I wanted
