Accidentally ate expired cheese
I accidentally ate cheese that expired 6 months ago. Will anything happen? What can I do?

It’s fine! As long as the cheese is still well kept in the chiller, and not left in room temperature. Haha. I accidentally drank a drink that expired 3 months ago but baby is still doing well 😁

it's fine for a one off thing. I ate expired yoghurt by accident once. if the cheese tasted ok and wasn't clearly mouldy then it probably wasn't bad
