I’m at my 31 weeks now. Start to feel on and off upper abdominal pain since dinner. Not sharp pain, but just dull pain. Don’t think it’s cramp too. Is it normal? #advicepls #firstbaby #FTM

Hi mummies, is there any natural way to cure heartburn? Mine already started at night. I don’t do late dinner. My dinner is at 5-6pm, I will have this heartburn about 9pm. It’s affecting my sleep. Sigh I googled to sleep on the left side. But when I sleep left, it worsen the condition . I tried to drink yakult today. Hope it helps Pls help me.

Other than braxton hicks i occasionally feel the base of my spine squeezing itself.. is that normal? I had it once when i was lying on my bed 2 days ago and then today when i was on the bus otw to work. #firsttimemom i tried googling it the other day but only thing i could find was back pain, lol this pretty extreme back pain i think

I have booked a post natal package for breast massage but I'm afraid that when I deliver I immediately need to nurse my baby and not sure if there is a milk duct blockage of some sort before I can do post natal massage.

Hi mummies, just wanna see some opinions. My due date is 2-3 weeks away from CNY which is Feb23. And becoz my husband is Msian, ever since covid lockdown he never go back for CNY celebration with family. I know this time he will be happy to go back to celebrate with his family. But becoz is very near to due date I not sure isit alright to travel back to JB. We also have a 1yo infant with us & too bad we not able to get train tix 1-2 days before CNY. Might be taking bus for alternate way or train back 4-5 days before. (Y i’m concerned also becoz my 1st born was gave birth on the 36week). So from your point of view what do u all think? Thanks in advance.

Hi, I just did my OGTT test at TMC last Sat and the result came back I’ve got GD. My gynae told me that the Diabetic Nurse of TMC will call me and explain about what’s next. I haven’t receive a call from them as of today Monday yet. Being a first time mom, I’m a bit ganjeong. Wonder if any of you have similar experience with TMC before? Wonder when should I expect to hear from them? #Gdm #TMC #firsttimemom
