Anxiety or panic attack
Yung may biglaang lakad o desisyon na kailangan gawin/desisyunan bigla nalang nang iinit ung katawan ko at nanenerbyos 😥 preggy pa naman.. pero in seconds nawawala din po yung nerbyos ko pag nag sink in na sa utak ko yung nangyayare.

Mi hinga ka malalim kapag nararamdaman mo na magpapanic attack ka, and always condition your mind na you are safe and everything will be alright. And it’s okay to feel anxious, norma yan defense mechanism natin whenever we feel that we’re not in control. Yun yung fight or flight response. Shake your body, talon talon ka, sumigaw ka, release mo lang. And most important is pray 🙏🏻
