Need to provide baby’s mc whenever taking childcare leave

Any working mummy here have to provide your baby’s mc whenever you want to take childcare leave ? So technically can only take when baby is sick I dont recall MOM stating we need to provide mc cause some days i would need to take care of my baby due to some reasons or when his ifc close. However my company says i need to provide my baby’s mc which i find ridiculous.

not mom requirement I believe it's company own policy there's a company that requires employees to show proof whenever employees take Family Care Leave I means if the company decides to provide such leave, what's the point of setting such rules

No, you don’t need to provide baby’s MC when taking CC leave. You can call up/email MOM to double confirm (record the conversation if you have to) then show it to your company.

It's not but some companies do. Even as a civil servant, there are some CCL days that we need to produce MC for. So check with your company.
