Within how long must bottle feed bm be consume once warm it? Can i warm it by putting the bottle in a cup of hot water?

Yes it's fine to warm it up with a cup of hot water. Usually I will change the water twice as 1 time doesn't get the milk warm enough. As for feeding, I try not to exceed 1.5hours from the time of warming up as our weather is quite hot and bacteria can breed easily.
