Within how long must bottle feed bm be consume once warm it? Can i warm it by putting the bottle in a cup of hot water?

Yes you can warm up with hot water but remember to move the Frozen bm to the chiller section first. I will keep it to one hour after warming up , anything longer I will usually throw away the milk. Our weather is so hot and humid, it is easy for bacteria to breed so I won't take a chance.
