Is it okayto delay immunization?

With our current situation wherein there is nationwide quarantine/lockdown. Is there bad effects to babies on delayed immunization?

Kamusta na po? Nakalabas na po ba kayo para mapabakunahan ang inyong anak? Importante po na mahabol natin ang bakuna, madami din po na miss na vaccines ang anak ko and nag ca-catch up na din po kami ngayon.
