Is it okayto delay immunization?

With our current situation wherein there is nationwide quarantine/lockdown. Is there bad effects to babies on delayed immunization?

Sabi po ok lang specially with the current situation. As soon daw po na maaus na lahat agad ping isched ang immunization ni LO. ☺
