My wife and I want to have another baby. What alterations to our lifestyle (and sex life) can we apply to be able to conceive more effectively? Thanks in advance!

Try and try and try I think! I've also read that it's good to prep the body --- eat healthy, be very well-hydrated, lose weight if overweight, quit vices, exercise, etc. It's also wise to track your wife's cycle --- there are even apps for that now!
