It doesn't look too serious, mild rashes or acne are quite common with babies. You can just clean regularly with warm water and soft cloth, moisturise, and if it gets worse (red, itchy skin) then definitely bring to a doctor.

Keep your baby's face clean and wash her face daily with warm water. Should be fine. If you notice more dots then do bring her to a pediatrician
