Any one who experience body aches after birth? Turning 4 months na po ang baby ko but yung pressure sa lower back ko di pa rin nawawala. Masakit pa din and loose pa din yung mga bones ko especially yung hands, wrist, foot and ankle. Do you know any remedies for this mga sis.?
