Infant care or helper

Which one do you suggest for working parents to send their baby to infant care or hire a helper? We both shift work. But now a days taking maid is so expensive due to covid period. But infant care also not cheap. Please share with me your opinions.

Helper. You will have better control over your kids routine and also will get so much help with cooking and housework. All your free time is then spent with the kid without worrying about anything else. Of course with helper comes with potential problems if you kena one lousy one but it’s worth a shot if you manage to get one.

futhermore if you send to infant care your baby might get sick often and you will have to take leave everytime. i suggest taking a helper.
