Most arent friendly to the pocket. Wht my hubby did was buy a whole salmon, make it to a fillet n grill with garlic etc. With broccoli or spinach soup on e side.
Agree that most confinement caterers are not cheap. Best to buy fresh ingredients and have a family member prepare the meals for you.
