Depending on age. For initially weaning, 6mo and above, i would make pork stock with their porridge. Minced pork or Hind Lean is good enough. If you prefer a less fatty mean for the kids, asked for lean meat, get them to grind it twice. So it will be finer and softer for them to consume. As they get older, 1 year and above, i would include into their actual meals, like minced pork porridge or steamed eggs with minced pork. For seasoning, you can add a little corn flour to allow the pork to be soft after cooking(prolong cooking will make the pork hard and chewy) Mirin also helps to tenderize the pork
