Sling vs carrier

I'm using the Pognae baby carrier and it's perfect because it can be unzipped to reveal a mesh layer which is very suitable for our climate. I have a LennyLamb which I'm waiting for my baby to grow into. It's made from woven wraps which is soft and cooling for baby.
