cs or normal delivery

Mas maganda ang normal delivery dahil mabilis ang recovery mo. Kapag CS kasi matagal ang pag galing ng sugat mo at marami kang hindi agad pwede gawin. Cs or normal delivery ay magiging dipende pa rin sa birthing process mo. Halos lahat ng mommies ang ieexpect is normal delivery pero kung may complications mauuwi ito sa CS. Basta ang importante ay safe si baby. :)
