You can't say which is better among the two when it comes for your safety and your baby. Even if you wanted to have a normal delivery but your baby is at risk on NSD, you will be choosing CS. What's more important is delivering your baby in a safe way that you and your baby is not at risk.

If you're there already, you will be thinking is for the safety of your child. Irregardless of the hospital bill and post-operative pain, what matters most is you delivering your baby safely and you not being at risk also.
