Where's a good place to have wine and cheese (hole-in-the-wall-ish) with the husband in Makati?

I have not been to any but I read some blogs noting Prohibition Liquor Lounge in Greenbelt 3 (which i read you have to go through the fire exit door behind Dillingers to see and experience the 1920s themed bar) as well as Exit Bar in Corinthian Plaza are some of the go-to places for that kind of date night.
